Terms and Conditions

Booking Policy 

Hirer must be between 23 - 65 years old. Driving licence must be held for at least 2 years. Reservation is subjected to vehicle’s availability and will be confirmed by email.  

Upon booking of the vehicle and subsequent payment of fees amounting to the rental period of the vehicle, the following will be requested by our staff upon vehicle collection:

1. Photocopy of your NRIC (front and back) / Passport
2. Photocopy of your valid Driving License (front and back)
3. Procedure to place a refundable deposit of $500 (For Daily Rental)
   *Note: Selection of specific car brand / model will not be entertained for daily rental. 

ComfortDelGro Rent-A-Car reserves the right to reject any booking if the above-mentioned have not been furnished in sufficient time prior to the start of the rental.
